Centrum House Hostel sits on Brașov’s bustling pedestrian Old Town, within 500 m of the Black Church and 350 m from Council Square. It offers dormitory bunk beds with shared or private bathrooms, free WiFi, and private tours to Bran, Rasnov, Peles, and Sighişoara, plus a traditional meal at its on‑site bistro. A bus station is a five‑minute walk away.

The hostel is fantastic, right in the old town, very clean, with nice staff and good facilities. There’s a bar on the ground floor that can be a little loud, but nothing ear plugs can’t handle.

The shared room (pink one) had a sort of “en‑suite” bathroom which was convenient. However, there was a lot of noise from the hallway and from the bar downstairs (karaoke on a Thursday evening until after midnight). The pillow was a joke – it had been a pillow in its early ages, now it was a disintegrated one. The access to the room and reception was weird given that the promises are part of a historic building.

The location is the best central spot. Everything was perfect.

The staff is nice. Downstairs is the bar, is a bit noisy and difficult to sleep
