Grand Skylight Hotel Shenzhen Zhonghang

“The staff and service was amazing and made our stay!! Location is SUPER convenient”

The staff were absolutely amazing and the reason for the high rating; I met several female staff from Aug 21‑23, each extremely patient and helpful, going above and beyond on multiple occasions, even helping me with a Taobao/luggage issue unrelated to the hotel, and one check‑in lady ran to the back to ensure we wouldn’t have to use the car, which was impressive; I would definitely stay again. The room initially had a slight smoky smell, but after notifying the staff they moved us to a new room with zero odor.

The staff were very special and helpful, especially Ms. Noura. I have a few comments about the lobby: there was a water fountain with thick water, no good seating except one chair near the piano, the lobby space is very large but the hallway furnishings were poorly coordinated and very dirty, needing attention.

The shower was hard to use and the water was sometimes weak.

“Very clean and comfortable hotel with a delicious breakfast.”

We enjoyed staying at the Grand Skylight Hotel; it was beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and we loved the huge variety of breakfast. We didn’t dislike anything, but more towel rails or hooks in the bathroom would be nice.

The staff were amazing—very kind and helpful—and the breakfast was very good, but the rooms smelled like smoke.
