Only the breakfast waiter was helpful. Nobody ever cleaned the rooms, and they never brought fresh towels. I was overcharged for parking and they tried to charge my card multiple times after I’d already paid—won’t be returning.

The shower pressure was fine, the room layout worked, and the front desk staff were friendly. The airport shuttle and business centre were available. Breakfast wasn’t offered early enough even though the room rate included it. The fabric in the room and lobby was dirty and needed cleaning, patching, or replacement; the décor was outdated. There was no extra pillow or blanket in the closet, and it was too pricey for a single night.
