The staff, the room, and the location were fine, but a violent disturbance in the neighboring room kept going until 4:30 am with loud, intoxicated fighting and many people coming in and out; because my room had no phone, I felt unsafe trying to reach management, which required leaving my room and walking past the hostile situation and guests to use a hallway phone—a serious safety issue that needs urgent action.

The place is well situated, but it was very warm because the windows didn’t open well.
