Everything was excellent, from the accommodation to the professionalism and the staff’s helpfulness.

The place is very pretty and tidy. The breakfast was terrible; for the price I expected so much more.

We really liked the hotel’s location, the pool option, having a room where we could sleep with our daughter, and the cleanliness – the room was always very clean. The cleaning staff on our floor were very attentive and friendly, and the shower was also very good. First, the receptionists’ mood was terrible on several days; the person who checked us in didn’t even say good night. Second, the room needs a lot of maintenance: the bathroom door doesn’t close without locking and lets light in, which stops the person on the sofa‑bed from resting; there are no switches to turn off the light next to the bed (a hotel feature), and no sockets on either side of the bed. The hair dryer smells strongly burnt, and I couldn’t dry all my hair for fear of fire. The Wi‑Fi in our room was very bad; we had to use the 5 G network on our phones for simple things like WhatsApp and Instagram. The breakfast left a lot to be desired: the space was cramped, very crowded, many items missing, and very few options for gluten‑ and dairy‑intolerant guests.

The place is in a good spot, clean, with a decent shower and a nice bed. The room furniture feels old, the Wi‑Fi keeps dropping, and the breakfast looks too processed—no cooked banana, no traditional cuia cheese or grandma‑style cakes, just boxed items that don’t match the price. Plus they don’t split the credit‑card bill.
