The staff are friendly and the location is good. Our bathroom had a clogged toilet, but maintenance fixed it in minutes; the housekeeper should have caught that earlier.

The beds were good. The shower didn’t drain properly and there was no curtain.

Everything was great, except the kitchen window let in too much light and there was no good shade to block it.

The staff were fantastic, really listening and meeting our requests, but the room could use more mirrors and the hot tub jets felt weak.
