Everything was perfect—it felt like 5‑star treatment and atmosphere. The only issue was the construction around the hotel area, which had nothing to do with the hotel itself. The hotel and its surroundings were cluttered with so much construction, making it hard to navigate as an outsider and ruining the city’s aesthetic while it rushed to finish the mess.

I found the rooms not very soundproof; at 5 am the street noise was audible on the 5th floor.

The property was good, but the metal grates from road work on the street let the sound of any vehicle rolling over travel around the corner to the 10th floor; the city hasn’t fixed this for either the property or the Westin across the street.
