The Glamping at ARTOTEL Pelangi Park

“A hidden gem just 1/1.5 hour from Jakarta by Grab. Would recommend this to all Western travellers”

The glamping setup felt far more upscale than anything I've seen in Europe, with a massive resort that was practically empty on weekdays—only about ten guests in total. Our tent was huge, offering a stunning view, and we could lounge by two lovely pools while strolling around and taking in the scenery, though the western dishes at the restaurant fell flat while the Indonesian options were merely okay.

The view is beautiful, but finding a lizard carcass in the heater was careless and very disgusting.

“value-for-money get-away glamping”

This glamping spot is a great find, especially if you're looking to escape the chaos of Puncak. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. However, the breakfast options were a bit underwhelming and could use some improvement. It'd also be awesome if they added more activities to keep guests entertained.

The atmosphere here is really peaceful and the views are nice. They've got a decent setup for sports enthusiasts, with a basketball court, football field, and two pools. Just be aware that the roads aren't super well-lit, so it's best to arrive before dark. Also, it's a bit of a trek to get to any nearby amenities, so it's a good idea to bring some snacks or food along, even though there is a restaurant on site.
