The accommodation is right in the center of Hoàng Hóa. Parking is difficult, the hotel is new but still under construction, and the room furnishings, though new, are very messy for the price. Room 1,000,000 VND has a full bathtub; room 1,300,000 VND has a small balcony but no bathtub, and if it has a bathtub, there is no hot water. The hotel is split into two sections, A and B, and section B is terrible, with sewage smell throughout the corridors and even inside the rooms.

The location is close to Flamingo and the beach, making walking convenient. The rooms are fairly new and clean, with a 1 m² double bed and a spacious, tidy bathroom. Because the area is near a fish factory and port, the fishy odor is very unpleasant. The bedroom feels cramped, which is a bit odd. The bathroom has no glass, so water splashes around the room.
