“DORMÍ EN EL SUELO POR NO RESPETAR LA RESERVACIÓN”

The location was close to the place I wanted to visit, but they didn't honor my reservation; I had booked a room with two beds and was only given a room with one bed even though the accommodation was already paid for, which was a terrible experience—I had to sleep on the floor and they offered no extra mattress, blanket or pillow. I do not recommend.
