Maria was incredibly helpful! Communication before and during my stay was fantastic; she was always on WhatsApp ready to answer questions. She also arranged an airport pick‑up and drop‑off with driver Cesar, who was lovely and very punctual. I travel alone, but I never felt alone because Maria was always there if needed. There's a small shared kitchen and a nice lounge/seating area at reception. Breakfast was good.
