The Standard Suite offers garden views from its interior. It contains one bedroom with a single bed for two guests and a tiled floor. The private bathroom includes a walk‑in shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, a minibar and a dining area complete the room’s amenities.

There was no generator, and the city often experiences power outages.
The lodge is simple, but the breakfast is good, the bed is very comfortable, king size and there’s also a single bed. The room is very spacious, has a counter and a hanging rack for clothes, and the room cleaning is impeccable. Nothing negative.

The location was great—about a 12‑minute walk to the Historic Centre in a safe, pleasant area. The breakfast was fresh and decent, the simple lodge was pretty and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was excellent and renovated. However, breakfast only ran from 8–10 h, and when we returned at night we had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to hand us the key because the reception was 24 h but no one was available; we only got help after we asked a kitchen staff member. This may have been a one‑off. The listing claimed “free public parking,” yet there was no parking at all—everyone had to park on the street. Finding a spot wasn’t hard even during the FLIP season, but the ad should be corrected. The bedding was basic, but the duvets and blankets were old, dirty, stained, and unusable.

I found the place spacious, pretty, and the rooms were roomy. The bathroom was large, everything was organized and spotless. The ladies who made our coffee were very polite and friendly. At first I didn’t like the mattress—it felt hard—but that didn’t affect my sleep; I slept well. I stayed only briefly while exploring the city, so I didn’t meet the owners, but I understood that the idea might be to make us feel at home, free to come and go.
