The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is superb, making it simple to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. They also helped book tours to popular destinations like Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at good prices and with convenient arrangements. Overall, a great choice for travelers. Highly recommended!
