The location, cleanliness, and friendliness were all excellent.
“Eccezionale”
Everything pleased us, the staff were exceptional, and we'd return again; nothing to complain about.
We stayed in San Giovanni Rotondo on 9 May, the second year at this hotel, and we were very satisfied—staff, cleaning, room, everything perfect, impeccable, and we will definitely return next year.
Everything was close by, but the place didn't feel cozy.
Excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful.
