Clean and cool. The parking was a bit of a hassle.

Breakfast is offered but not served; the TV can't be watched because there’s no channel access, and the person who greeted me at night was not courteous. Better personal service, fulfillment of promises, and everything working would help.

The room and staff were very efficient, and everything was excellent.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, but the shower knob was odd and hard to turn, and the door lock was a bit damaged and tricky to open.

The location near Paseo Shopping was convenient and the place felt safe, but the stay didn’t include breakfast, the billing wasn’t processed promptly, the façade could use improvement, and the sign for the new management made the building look abandoned.
