“We would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends!”

I had trouble figuring out how to get into the building and into our room, so I called Marcelo. He quickly sent his sister and her husband, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. Her husband even helped us pick up our luggage that had been left at a nearby storage facility! Thanks to their help, everything else went smoothly. The location was great—we walked to restaurants and coffee shops and could grab a taxi just around the corner. Thank you, thank you; it was wonderful! The only downside was that the stairs leading up to the lift would have been a hassle with heavy luggage, but we had help both when arriving and leaving.

“Centrally located, clean gueshouse.”

1. Communication was excellent, clear instructions. 2 Room was clean, towels were new and fluffy. 3. Room is an adequate size, do not expect anything larger for the central location, it is adequate. 4. Tends to get expensive, so it's best to book early. 5. Location is good, near the Pantheon and Piazza N. 1. AC to the room was individually controlled within the room. The thermostat was prone to extreme swings -- it gets war or it gives out FULL BLAST Ac that was freezing in the midst of the night as the room did not come with an AC quilt. Rather all that was supplied was a thin sheet + thin cotton layer (thinner than an AC-quilt). 1) Hot water in the shower was intermittent, perhaps the heater did not replenish fast enough as multiple rooms may be using at the same time

The location was excellent for exploring Rome on foot. The host gave great restaurant recommendations. They fixed a water supply issue right away. I was comfortable with the blackout curtains.

“Mükemmel konum, güzel işletme.”

The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The room was quite spacious and pleasant. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions, and they even left a nice note and a drink for my wife’s birthday—what a thoughtful gesture! A flawless place you can recommend for staying in Rome.

The location near Piazza Navona was great and made sightseeing easy. Ele, who handled us, was very friendly and arranged taxis to the airport and train station, and told us about recommended spots around the hotel. We had a very comfortable stay. The only drawback was that there were no slippers in the room; it’s a cultural difference from Japan, so bring your own if you like to take off shoes indoors.
