The spot was convenient, just a short walk from the city centre, and the rooms were new, but the third floor has no elevator.

I couldn’t fit into the shower – it was very small! There was only one seat in the two‑person room. On one side of the bed there was just a hanging wardrobe, no storage or shelves.

“Enjoyable stay in a well-loved property”

The host was fantastic—friendly and helpful, greeting us at the property. The room and bathroom were great, with lovely artwork and a comfortable bed, and the coffee machine was always available. We could either pay 3 € for breakfast at the local bar or grab some packaged items in the kitchen area. The property is a reasonable walk from the train station, and nearby restaurants and shops are convenient. The shared lounge space was useful, and we didn’t see any other guests. Stany let us keep using the lounge after we checked out on our last day because we had a long wait for the next transport. Lots of wardrobe hangers were appreciated; many B&Bs only have a few. The building’s off‑street location makes finding the correct entrance at night a bit tricky—don’t forget your phone for Google Maps. Window curtains need a tie‑back, but these are minor issues. Stany clearly loves his property, and it’s well cared for and fresh.
