The service from Sue and her son was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The location was convenient for our visit to Wembley College, but the walkways could use more lighting.

I had an exceptional morning experience at this hotel, with everything going smoothly and efficiently. However, I must admit that it was almost too perfect, which made me wonder if I had missed something. The staff seemed to have everything under control, and I felt like I was in a well-oiled machine. Still, I couldn't shake off the feeling that there was something missing, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.

The hotel's location was truly one of its standout features, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. However, I encountered a minor issue when I tried to access the hotel's Wi-Fi, only to find that I didn't have the password. Despite this, the location more than made up for it, and I was able to enjoy my stay despite the temporary inconvenience.
