“It was a nice stay, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.”
The location was great and the bed was comfortable. However, the room could have been cleaner; we found trash left by a previous guest.
Breakfast was not complimentary. We did not eat anything. However we did use the Starbucks which was very overpriced! $10 for 2 black coffees. The bathroom in our room had a strong odor of mildew. The bed comfort was ok but had a huge hole in the middle
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to amazing restaurants.
“Bro Zulu to the whole staff very friendly place easy to work with”
Everything was great, especially the customer service, and the place was very clean and well organized.
The front desk staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless, but the bistro staff seemed clueless, with one person claiming he could figure something out but not knowing how to prepare most of the menu.
