I arrived to check in and there was no lobby, just an outside window; no one was at the window for check‑in. I rang their doorbell and called their main number for 15 minutes, then was forced to go to another hotel. I will not make reservations there again.

The bed was comfortable. The furniture was badly worn, the front door didn’t feel fully secure, and the only room amenities were a fridge and microwave. The pool was closed and not working, and there was no ice machine.

The WiFi was fantastic, but the rooms were filthy, with dirty furniture and linens.

The bed was comfortable, the water pressure and temperature were good. Dead buds around the windows, dead bugs in every corner of the room. Paint on the bottom of the bathtub was peeling. Someone was talking from 1:30 am to 4 am outside their room. I waited for management to shut them up, but no one came. I couldn’t leave fast enough.

The restroom was a disaster, with punch holes in the door, blood stains on the toilet and floor, and overall it was not clean.
