The location and the staff’s friendliness were good, but we were put in a basement room next to the boilers, where the noise and heat were terrible; they kindly offered to move us to a quieter room, which they did, though it was much smaller.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good, but there were only stairs to climb and the rooms were tight.

“Theatre break”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great for everything we needed, the beds were small but comfy, the rooms were compact but everything was very clean, and the shower was great. There was nothing we didn’t like; it was really great for us.

The location was fantastic, close to everything and with perfect connections to Victoria Station. The room was very fresh and we were very satisfied. The only slight downside was that we stayed on the fourth floor without an elevator, but that was not a problem for us.
