The room was great, staff were courteous and the location was central in Bangalore. Sorbina handled check‑in efficiently, responded promptly to all requests, and the staff looked well groomed while the room stayed clean. I was in Bangalore for an exhibition and had sent some boxes ahead; they gladly stored them for me. The Wi‑Fi required a login every day, which was annoying—ideally you’d just enter your last name and room number and it would connect automatically, but that didn’t happen. Also, the room lacks an RFID key‑card lock, so you must carry the key whenever you leave. The locker is small and won’t fit a laptop.
