“Nos decepcionó, nos sentimos engañados.”

The area was quiet, but the accommodation disappointed us. We were given a room that looked nothing like the reservation – it was small and dark. The bed sagged and was uncomfortable, the heating and air conditioning didn’t work, and there was a lot of noise from the bathroom pipes.

I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, but unfortunately, the standard rooms were extremely small and the TV didn't work. Despite the calm surroundings, these issues detracted from my stay.
