Nothing. The cleaning was horrible with ants on the whole floor and zero willingness to offer a refund.

Finding the hotel was easy, the parking was convenient, and the self‑check‑in/out worked smoothly. The residential area was calm. The room was simple, very clean, and well cared for. It was also handy for those of us who need to catch an early ferry from the port. The pillow was uncomfortable.

“Adatta a chi si muove in macchina e vuole vedere Livorno”

It’s close to Livorno port, which is great for people taking the ferry or wanting to explore Livorno. Unfortunately, during the days we stayed in the patio, there were scaffolding there, though I think it was only temporary.

The accommodation was generally clean, but it was advertised with a terrace, and when we arrived a construction frame was right in front of the entrance blocking the entire terrace. We were told we couldn’t stay there because parts of the façade had fallen and it was declared a construction site for safety reasons. The only access was extremely dirty and actually unsafe for entering the apartment. When I asked, the response was written, even though the host lives in the same building, and they apologized but didn’t admit that guests could have been informed beforehand so they could decide whether to visit the property. Additionally, the beds were very uncomfortable; they wobbled and squeaked with every turn. The pull‑out couch is absolutely not recommended if you plan to stay more than one night. The second bed (mattress) is just as uncomfortable and sits directly under the air conditioner, forcing you to choose between a freezing night under the cold airflow or a night without air conditioning. I can’t understand the previous reviews at all.
