Everything was spotless and brand‑new, and the staff helped us with everything; we even got a free room upgrade, though the building looked pretty ugly from the outside, especially compared to the nearby hotels.

I checked in at 3 pm, but when I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm they said I still couldn’t check in and had to wait until 5 pm—really bad.

The location was fine, and the outdoor bath and balcony area were nice, but the room was very basic and a bit dark.
