The place is great and the location is convenient, but what really stood out was the staff who let us check in early and upgraded our room at no extra charge, and they even helped us out on a rainy day.

The place is run by a very efficient businessman; within ten minutes of arriving we had a car for the day, our laundry sent to the cleaners, and plenty of tips to make the most of our visit—great service. A bakery down the street serves croissants and chocolate pastries that are simply divine. The only problem is that the guesthouse sits a bit back from a bustling street, and a DJ bar opened only ten metres away, keeping us up until two or three in the morning; I feel sorry for the owner because there’s nothing they can do, but I won’t return for that reason. If you’re in Hue to party, the price‑to‑quality ratio is excellent, so go ahead.

The host is extremely friendly. The room is cleaned thoroughly every day. The soundproofing isn’t very good.

The room was clean, spacious, well‑equipped and fresh, exceeding expectations for the price paid.

The location is central, right in the western part of town. The room is roomy, fully equipped, and even more polished than expected, clean, and affordable. The host is enthusiastic and friendly. I’ll return if I visit Hue next time. No complaints, it’s simply wonderful.
