Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly landlord who speaks perfect English, great location with sea view. The breakfast isn’t included anyway, and it’s not worth the extra cost.

The location of this resort is a real bonus - it's just a short walk to the beach. However, the constant noise from the road 24/7 was a bit of a challenge. If you're a light sleeper, you might struggle to get a good night's rest. On the plus side, the resort is clean and well-maintained, but there's one thing that really needs attention - the bathroom tiles could do with a good scrub.

“Bakımsız, Perişan, İmkanlar yok ve Çok ses gürültü var”

To be honest, there's not much to like about this place - it's just a short walk to Unawatuna town and the social scene. Unfortunately, the room was a real letdown - it smelled of mildew and there were only two rooms available. The bathroom was a bit of a mess, with a clogged sink and dirty floors. The room itself was generally clean, but the doors were broken, the lights were flickering, and the switches were loose - it was clear that the place hadn't been properly maintained.

“Felt like home”

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. I was really impressed with how calm and peaceful the whole place was. To be honest, I didn't find anything to complain about during my stay.

For the price, this hotel is a great value. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect - it's just a short walk to the beach and all the local amenities. I was really happy with my stay here.
