The stay was very comfortable and beautiful, the staff were friendly, especially the reception team who were very supportive, the property was neat and clean, and I’ll definitely return.

“Terribile!”

Nothing! The hygiene, safety and maintenance were nonexistent, the wardrobes were broken, the sheets were stained and torn, the mattress was soiled, the shower water was cold, the whole building was filthy, exposed electrical cables, the food was unpalatable, the corridors were littered with dirty dishes and food scraps, the staff lounged on the entrance sofa and in a terrible storage room on the same floor, they didn’t speak English and we had to use a third‑party translator, garbage was collected in the dining area, photos clearly prove everything, 5 nights cost about €1,500, a refund is required!

The hotel’s facilities are good, especially the staff services are the best, but the cleaning was a little lacking.

“unsatisfied”

The place was right next to our destination, but the rating system was misleading; the shows were marked 5 stars yet I couldn't award any stars myself.
