Excellent breakfast and location. Very quiet area and a 10‑minute walk to the cathedral.

The room itself was clean and well‑maintained. The location in Santiago was generally convenient. The garden area looked nice at first glance. For the high price the stay was overall very disappointing. I was given room 001 on the ground floor, directly on the street, right next to the main entrance and opposite the reception. Even though I explicitly mentioned that I am very noise‑sensitive and after a 190 km walk on the Camino I needed a quiet night, no room change was possible. The night was practically sleepless. Even with the window closed, street noise was very audible. After midnight there was additional prolonged disturbance from guests at the entrance, and later until about 4 a.m. loud party people kept passing by. Shortly after that, the first departures began with rolling suitcases and doors directly in front of the room. I also found the communication at reception difficult; questions were sometimes not understood or not answered concretely. Additionally, I had to provide all my details again at check‑in, even though I had already completed the online check‑in. The advertised pool was also very disappointing; it was very small and appeared noticeably dirty during my stay, so I didn’t want to use it. Both quietness and the garden with pool were reasons I chose a relatively expensive hotel, but I ultimately couldn’t use either.

The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were beautiful – I loved the terrace!

“Super recomendado en Santiago de Compostela”

The hotel is super well located, the rooms are quite comfortable and you can’t hear outside noise, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is more than enough and delicious. Nothing we didn’t like.

“Beautiful property very professional and staff was wonderful”

Beautiful, just a 7 minute walk from the cathedral and a beautiful view of the cathedral too. Everything was perfect ❤️
