“Really clean, comfortable and modern.”
The staff at the Starbucks counter on 10/9/26 were exceptional. It’s pricey, but I guess everything…

The location was great, the facilities were very clean, and the staff were friendly; when my daughter needed a step stool, the staff supplied one immediately, which was 100% service—looking forward to returning soon.

The location was safe and within easy walking distance of the event center, but the lobby was under renovation and they tried to keep it cool with temporary AC; the staff handled the heat wave well.

Everything was fine, and there was no negative aspect.

The place was clean and close to the United Center, with no other issues.
