“Relaxing stay within walking distance of great shopping and sights.”

The location was great, the building was grand, and the staff were lovely, with nothing to note otherwise.

“Lovely hotel with very friendly staff.”

The building is lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the Queen room felt a bit small for the price paid and the breakfast room was very noisy.

“Tophotel in centrum londen”

Het historisch hotel is prachtig, zeer goed gelegen, de kamer is mooi, de bars zijn supergezellig, er is een gratis drankje om 17u, het terras is gezellig en rustig, het restaurant is mooi, en het personeel is supervriendelijk, zonder iets te melden.

“Large hotel that’s lots its charm”

The location is good, and Neil, the maintenance man, is the friendliest staff member there; complimentary snacks are a nice touch. However, there was an absolute lack of service – you just walk past the staff without a hello – and I had to drag suitcases upstairs to my tiny room, which feels totally overpriced for London. I visit 5/6 a year and find much better options elsewhere. I stayed here before and it’s not as friendly as it was 3 years ago.
