“Looked down upon because we booked via booking.com. Asked for room to be cleaned and they only changed towels and garba”

I booked this place and felt looked down upon; when I asked for a room cleaning, they only swapped towels and discarded garbage but never replaced the bags, never cleaned anything else, and didn't make the bed. There were no bathrobes and nobody brought any. The fridge smelled like fish, and on the morning of our last day I had to carefully drive around a broken beer bottle near the back door.

The room was clean and kept tidy, towels were changed and everything. The shampoo in the bathroom was nearly finished when we arrived; I expected it to be refilled after the cleaning, but it wasn't.
