The location was perfect for a quick stopover before catching the Nilgiri Mountain Railway.
The rooms are okay, but I was really disappointed that there was no breakfast provided.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful.

“Perfect for Ooty train in the morning.”
Great location for the Ooty train, especially the small lane the receptionist mentioned, and the AC ran quietly and effectively—no complaints.
A lovely spot, right next to the train and bus station, with staff who were very kind and helpful; the rooms were spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Ms. Florina’s hospitality was excellent, though the water heater isn’t available 24/7.
Cleanliness, location, and staff behaviour were all good, but the room should have had at least a tea kettle, tea sachets, and a welcome water bottle; they did bring the kettle later after I asked.
