The location is easily reachable from the main Bettolle Perugia road, and the breakfast is great, though it’s a local spot best reached by car but also walkable. Free parking is large and convenient. The ground‑floor pizzeria offers decent quality and is very handy for late arrivals. The towel and bathroom product supply is excellent, and the complimentary bottled water in the minibar is much appreciated. The sound insulation from the street traffic to the east is good. However, the noise from neighboring rooms (nearby bathrooms) is an issue.
