The location is great, close to the station, and the room is spacious. The carpet is too dark, and there are no additional facilities.

I had my team staying for a company event in Munich, with over 15 rooms booked, and unfortunately on check‑in I had a very poor experience with the front desk. I had booked two rooms by mistake and the agent was very rude when I asked if one of them could be released at least for the second night. Totally inflexible, very blunt and rude.
