Hotel Narád

“Nagyon tetszett a szálláshely, jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérnénk!”

We arrived with our dog and our 3‑year‑old daughter. The room comfortably fit us, and we liked that they prepared a gift gift‑wall. The hotel had a great vibe, and some areas reminded me of my childhood (e.g., the communal playroom). The wellness section was superb, meeting every need, and the half‑board was truly exceptional. The food was excellent, tasty, and varied; the last dessert was also high quality. We ate everything that was put on our plates. We love Narád Hotel and will definitely return. The only disappointment was the taste of the coffee, both at the restaurant and the bar counter; the espresso machine’s coffee didn’t taste very good.

The environment was quiet and the air was good. The restaurant service was excellent, with food constantly refilled. The wellness area was great, and there were good hiking options. At arrival there were still a few parking spots, but because guests parked carelessly (even driving into neighboring spots) we couldn’t park safely. We only found a proper spot the next day. In the bathroom the toilet bowl is oddly placed, making it very uncomfortable to use because the space in front of the bowl is extremely small.

“Klassz szálláshely, finom ételekkel”

The chosen room was nice, and they served tasty food for breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. During dinner time, we couldn’t order from the bar because no one was there. Also, I think it’s unfair to charge for the tennis court because it’s wobbly and the net is torn in many places.

The location and the hotel’s service were great. Everything was fine.

The staff were friendly and ready to help. The food quality was adequate. The location and view were excellent. The floor rug was extremely worn and stained. I had read similar comments, but I didn’t expect it to be that bad. The shower drain had been dirty for a long time because it hadn’t been cleaned, and in a four‑star hotel there’s supposedly no daily cleaning unless I pay extra—why? The price supposedly included a terrace, but it was only a shared terrace that anyone could see into our room. The glue used to attach the mirror to the wall “broke” the mirror, leaving a visible stain from the adhesive that practically made the mirror unusable.
