The spot is perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

The staff were friendly, professional and the hotel's location is just a few minutes' walk from the lake and the city.

The location is great, staff friendly and helpful, they supplied Swiss travel power adapters. It was a bit noisy at night because it's in the town center, but that's expected. There's a coffee machine in the room but no kettle for tea.
