The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good, yet the room on the lower floor near the entrance had hallway noise from other guests.

“Hotel com boa localização, mas serviço mediano”

The location was good, but a train passes very close at any time of day; the Wi‑Fi only works after you get a password slip at reception and change it daily; the room is small and extremely damp—ask for a towel change every day or it stays wet until the next use; after 9:00 am there’s no more breakfast service: no bread, almost no fresh fruit, the previous day’s cake, no milk, and coffee is nearly finished.

“Procure outro hotel”

Nothing good—very weak and expensive; I didn’t like anything, the hotel was poor, there was no parking so you had to park on the street, no elevator, the room was basic, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and smelled like mildew.
