The location was perfect, the staff friendly, and the bedroom and bathroom spacious; the reception attendant, Mr Aykut, was very kind and helpful—no complaints.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. First of all, the cleanliness was absolutely top-notch—everything was spotless. The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast incredibly rich, delicious, and offered a great variety of options every morning. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff at the reception. They are exceptionally attentive and kind. A special thank you goes to Aykut and Betil, whose excellent English and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I would also like to specifically thank Aykut for recommending the "Meşhur Islama Köfteci Mustafa" restaurant—it was a fantastic suggestion! Whenever I visit Sakarya in the future, this hotel will definitely be my only choice. Thank you for everything!

Overall it was fine, the location is appealing, but the staff didn’t give us good information upon arrival and there was no valet outside the hotel, so we had to park our car elsewhere; the bed was uncomfortable and the hotel feels dated.

The breakfast was good, but the staff was unresponsive—after asking three times for an invoice they did nothing; the bathroom needs a renovation, the fitness equipment is lacking, and the street outside is noisy with frequent traffic.
