The service was exceptional—probably the best we’ve experienced, especially Ari who delivered flawless service and the staff who remembered our names. The room was dated and classical but had soft spots on the floor; the bathroom and toilet bowl needed a full makeover because a strong stench lingered despite heavy chemical cleaning. Room 215.

What I don’t like is that when I come with a Booking reservation we’re always given bad views or bad locations, even though we’re Genius 3; Booking should give us that care.

The hotel sits in a beautiful location and the grounds are well maintained. Leaving was a bit awkward.
