“Accueil incroyable”

An amazing hostess who was attentive and very pleasant! The room has the essentials and lets you experience an authentic Korean house. Sleeping on the floor on a small traditional mattress that you unfold is part of the charm. It’s not ideal if you don’t have a car, which was our situation. There’s no bus from the new train station (you have to ask the station staff to call a taxi), and there are no shops in the area. Thanks to the lovely availability of the guest‑house owner, we managed to get help, but it’s not recommended if you want to be independent.

We stayed in a lovely place where the host was incredibly friendly and handed us freshly picked mulberries each morning; she treated our daughter with great care and helped us correct a booking error, and the bed was a traditional Korean mat on the floor.

The location was very good, the facilities were nice and comfortable, and the service was excellent; we received our room a bit earlier than the check‑in time and the owner took us to a nearby restaurant that she highly recommends. When we explained that we needed to be at the train station very early, she offered to drive us there and did so, and we are very grateful for her attentive care.

The welcome was friendly and the hanok was traditional, but the location isn’t ideal if you don’t have a vehicle.

“Stunning”

The place was beautiful, the room was super cozy with an electric blanket, and the host was incredibly kind, even chatting with us over breakfast; I would have loved to stay longer and I’m definitely coming back—nothing else, it’s one of the best places I’ve been in South Korea.
