The accommodation sits in an amazing spot and Malik welcomed us superbly, with a magical wake‑up experience, yet a major access issue—an avalanche blocks entry, requiring a 20 to 30‑minute walk with a steep grade that demands excellent fitness and a 4x4.

“Recharged in the jungle and refreshed in the natural pools”

The vibe here was amazing - super friendly hosts who really helped us get settled into the island and local area. The spot is way out in the high mountain jungle, just north of Kalinago Territory, and it was perfect for getting back to nature. We spent the first few days just chillin', connecting with the plants, waterfalls, birds, and sun, and it was really rejuvenating. We even ditched our phones for a bit to really immerse ourselves, and it felt like a mini-retreat.

“Quatre nuitées dans un petit paradis au milieu de la forêt”

The setting is exceptional - right in the middle of the forest. Our hosts were super kind and available, and the breakfasts were great. Our hostess was also a wealth of information on the local wildlife and gave us some great tips for things to do. The only downside is that the track to get here needs a 4x4, but that's just part of the charm of the island, and car rentals often only offer 4-wheel drive vehicles anyway.
