“schlimmste Erlebnis”

The mattress is dirty and smelly, moldy and stinky. Unbearable. The bamboo wardrobe by the window, built as a shelf, is broken and there are rats inside—shitty. I sent videos and photos to customer service both directly to the hotel and to the staff, but so far no reply. I booked from 26.02‑01.03.2026, we arrived at the hotel around 20:00 but we had to leave that night for another hotel. Never again, not recommended.

“They should fix all the rooms inside and out, and maintain the beauty and cleanliness , because our experienced is real”

The hotel's got potential, but it's really not fun to stay here right now. The bathroom's a mess, with dirty water and a yellowish color. The room's not like the pictures, and the roof's in bad shape. To top it off, the surrounding area's not well-maintained. It's a shame, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be great.

The rooms are a bit old and could use some repairs, but hopefully, the hotel will renovate soon. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed, but it's definitely not the best.

The pool was a highlight of our stay - the kids loved it. However, the food was way too expensive, and the room was just okay. The linens were uncomfortable, and the shower water had a weird smell. It's not a bad hotel, but it's got some definite drawbacks.

We were really looking forward to staying at this beachside resort, but unfortunately, it's in a state of disrepair. The villas are made of bamboo and nipa, and some of them are literally on the verge of collapse. We were assigned a villa that was unhabitable, and we had to leave out of fear for our safety. It's a shame, because we loved this place when we visited in 2016, but it seems like it's been abandoned since the COVID pandemic and hasn't been properly maintained.
