HS HOTSSON Hotel Tampico is a luxurious hotel situated on Tampico's main avenue, 20 minutes from Miramar Beach. Elegant rooms with neutral tones and flat-screen TVs are set within gardens. A fitness centre, outdoor pool, and sun terrace are available. The hotel serves Mexican, international, and seafood cuisine, and is 10 minutes from Tampico's centre and 15 minutes from the airport.

The pool was wonderful, and everything else was fine.

Everything was amazing: the staff were friendly, the swimming pool was really nice, and the food was good, though the room cleaning times were a bit unpredictable.

The hotel has a lovely pool area surrounded by vegetation that keeps the water temperature ideal and very refreshing. The room was very clean and everything in order, with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and a bathtub in good condition. The buffet was quite pleasant with good service. Our room partially faced the pool and a beautiful garden. The staff were courteous and very competent. The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel’s location: the refinery is behind the property (not exactly behind but seems close), and it was striking to see the reddish glow of the fire at night and the pollution it emits, although the hotel itself was not affected (no odor) during my stay, and the avenue we were on had a nice commercial plaza.
