Breakfast was very good, very varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is good; the spa park and city center are easy to reach on foot. The only issue was the lack of grab bars in the shower for my severely disabled husband.

The service was very friendly, truly lovely people, a great hotel—thanks. Unfortunately, at breakfast I encountered a well‑known group with extremist views; they made remarks about guests with a migrant background at the table. I demand a clear statement and action against such groups.

It was super good and no bad smell. You don’t need to haul your car outside to shop, and everything is within walking distance.

I liked the central location, right in the city centre with nice restaurants everywhere, especially the hotel restaurant. The underground parking is also super convenient and affordable.

“Zentral, schlecht organisiert”

Good location. No bottled water in the room, which I consider basic for a hotel. Also the hotel was overbooked; our traveling friend was put in another hotel without any prior notice.
