The spa and the food were great! However, on my first night I already spotted fairly large spiders in my room; even though you know it’s a tropical area, it was still not very pleasant. I also had cockroaches, so the staff put poison balls in my room to drive them away, and the smell of the poison was pretty strong. If you have a house that’s more for staying, you can indeed hear noise from people who aren’t hotel guests, which is a real disappointment. I also had a room with an outdoor shower, which can be nice but also attracts insects.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, and the outdoor area was cute, but I looked very tired, the shower pressure was weak, and the Wi‑Fi was spotty.

“love this place, nice atmosphere, facilities, location.”

I love this place. Staff are great, room is comfortable, location is super. included in the room access also on-site sauna/steam/pool + towel use- all of which are top. restaurant/bar by the pool too - food is very good. i will 100% be back to stay here, has everything you need - value for money is very good. quite a few mosquitoes in the room/toilet when i arrived

The check‑in was quick and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The food was delicious, and the sauna is included when staying at VIVI.
