Room size, hotel lobby, mattress size, staff service, pool and common area, excellent location. The smell of mold on the armchair, stains (probably mold) on the air conditioner and the chair’s dusty appearance. I also noticed yellowed parts in the bathroom box and was missing shampoo (only one soap was provided as a courtesy).

The sheets, pillows and blanket were pretty basic; they could have been newer and better.

The flat is in a great spot and practically has all the amenities of a hotel, with a pool, gym and sauna—just no breakfast. The room is comfortable, well‑maintained and offers a lovely view. The host was very attentive, answering all our questions quickly and handling every request right away, which made the stay even better. The price is also a big plus; the daily rate is much cheaper than the hotel itself while still giving us the same facilities. We’ll definitely come back.
