Camera comoda, moderna, con tutto al posto giusto. Uno dei pochi alberghi Kazaki in cui tutto funzionava. La posizione sulla strada non era il massimo, ma pazienza

Это просто оазис в пустыне можно сказать)) мы проехали на машине из Спб до Алматы. Останавливались во Владимире, Казани, Оренбурге, Аральске и Туркестане. И этот отель в степи оказался лучшим! Хотя все отели были 4 звезды. Покорил европейским дизайном, качеством матраса и подушек, чистотой и удобствами в номере. Ну и вид экзотики- степь и верблюда за окном. Минус один бал за завтрак. Выбора не было. Принесли просто что было. В целом неплохо. А самое главное кофе заварной. Его так не хватало в дороге. Нам очень понравилось. Все было отлично! Рекомендую. Завтрак скучный. Ни свежей выпечки, ни выбора в целом

A great option for road‑trippers! The décor is stylish, clean, and free of any unpleasant odors. The room comes with travel kits, soft, fluffy towels, a comfortable mattress, and a decent breakfast. The water pressure for the soft warm shower is excellent. On the downside, the air‑conditioner behaves oddly: when it’s turned off the room gets stuffy, and turning up the temperature setting doesn’t change the room temperature; it blows hard at the bed, which chilled my neck and made the trip uncomfortable. The pillows are subjective, but I used my own. Breakfast lacks cheese and vegetables – only two halves of a quarter tomato per plate.

The room was superb—clean, with a nice mattress and a comfortable pillow—but the reception staff couldn’t speak English, and the on‑site food was acceptable while the dining area was quite dirty.

The room was clean, the appliances were high quality, the plumbing and finishes were good, and the bed was comfortable.
