The reception staff were very helpful and the location near Anhembi is great, the suite was spacious with a king bed, the room‑service food was superb and the filé mignon tasted amazing. What I didn’t like: many maintenance issues—cracked floor, poor window seal causing street noise, rattling glass bathroom doors that woke us up at night, the suite wasn’t ready upon arrival and we had to wait, the next day a leak under the toilet forced us to change rooms, the new room’s air‑conditioner didn’t work, and later the parking gate jammed, leaving us trapped with the car inside.

“Perfeita”

It was my second stay and once again I was impressed by the quality; it was my wife’s birthday and I asked for a special decoration, which turned out neat and tasteful. I liked everything.

The bed is excellent, the music offers varied playlists, the breakfast is plentiful, and the lighting control works well.

The value is great, the breakfast is wonderful, and everything is clean and spacious. One room had a cigarette smell, but the staff swapped it for me.
