B&B HOTEL Ischia San Nicola

The place is quiet at night, clean, and relaxing, letting me recharge, and the pool water is at a perfect temperature. I wish there were clearer information about available services—reservations, schedules, menus, and prices—displayed in the room or hotel. Bad weather with storms and lightning made it hard to find alternative indoor activities or beaches I wanted to visit.

The hotel is calm, with a lovely garden and pool. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast is decent, dinner is great, and the rooms are small but nice. The pool area lacks a cover, so we only used the pool once.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable, the room was very clean and met our needs, the price was fair, and breakfast was pretty good. Bad weather meant we couldn’t try the pool or grounds. The parking area is awful—no lighting at night, uneven ground, littered with debris, and it wasn’t obvious it was hotel parking until we asked. I also didn’t realize this was a chain hotel, which was disappointing since I prefer supporting locals in Ischia. Staff interaction felt impersonal, which is something I value. The restaurant was a bit underwhelming for dinner—expensive and the food wasn’t good.

“Sehr schöne Anlage mit aufmerksamem und freundlichem Personal”

The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful, especially Frederico at the front desk who took care of a forgotten backpack from the ferry from Naples to Forio over the phone and we were able to pick it up the next day at the Alilauro office – that was really handy! We did have a week of rain, but that’s nothing the hotel or team can do :)

“Ottima esperienza!”

Great value for money, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, the breakfast was generous, and the room was very clean. I definitely recommend it!
